BOOKING
FORM If you wish to make a reservation
for accommodations, please download
and complete the following Booking
Form. We will then forward a Booking
Confirmation by email. We would be
happy to fax the form to you if you
prefer. We ensure that your booking
an apartment for rent in London absolutely
hassle free.
CREDIT
CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM If you wish to pay for the
rental accommodations by Credit Card,
complete the following Credit Card
Authorization form. If you prefer,
please contact us either by telephone
or fax, with your credit card details.
By doing so, authority is given to
London Choice® to debit the credit
card for the initial deposit and the
balance of the account up to 30 days
prior to arrival, unless London Choice®
are otherwise notified. If you do
not complete the Credit Card payment
details we will contact you shortly
to obtain details of payment for the
rentals.
