Offering a selection of studio, one, two and three bedroom accommodation in a modern building, these stylish apartments provide a great value base for up to seven people. With contemporary design and stylish décor combined with comfortable furnishings and essential amenities, each spacious apartment provides a welcoming environment for an enjoyable stay.

Each of the Regents Park Apartments is furnished in a contemporary style with a spacious living room area combined with a kitchen corner supplied with a complete set of amenities including a washing machine, fridge and a microwave.

The apartments are located just minutes from Regents Park which, as the home to a number of attractions including London Zoo, Winfield House and the Open Air Theatre, offers a welcome escape from the city. The vibrant area of Camden is nearby with its famous market and a wide range of popular shops, pubs and bars. The British Library, with an impressive collection of over 25 million books, is a short stroll away and major tourist attractions, shopping and business areas are within easy reach.

Mornington Crescent underground station is nearby offering access to Northern Line services. King's Cross St Pancras station is a short walk away providing access to Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria underground services, National Rail and Eurostar services. Euston station is just a short walk away with London Overground, Northern and Victoria underground and National Rail, notably the West Coast Main Line, services available.

APARTMENT TYPES

One Bedroom Apartment: This one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge area, a full kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for up to four guests.

Superior Two Bedroom Apartment: This two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area making the apartment suitable for up to six guests.

Two Bedroom Apartment: This two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in the living area meaning the apartment can accommodate up to six guests. The apartment also features a full kitchen and a bathroom.

Three Bedroom Apartment: This three bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in both the master bedroom and second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom, a full kitchen and bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a sixth and seventh guest.

Superior 3 Bedroom Apartment: This spacious three bedroom apartment is suitable for up to eight guests and comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment also features a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Special Cancellation Policy:

Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 15 GBP

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge


Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.

Please note:

Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 15 GBP administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival - recalculation of price is not possible. This doesn't apply for reservations for more than 10 days and for 2 or more apartments. In such case, reduction of nights will equal a cancellation of booking.

Especially for shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.

IMPORTANT: For the Olympic games a different cancellation policy is applied for the apartment.
