Camden Road station is a short walk from the apartments which offers services on the London Overground. For links to the Northern line, Camden Town tube station is within easy reach – approximately ten minutes’ walk away.

APARTMENT TYPES:

Superior 2 Bedroom Apartment: Suitable for up to six guests, the superior two bedroom apartment contains two bedrooms both with double beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a double sofa bed in the living area.

Large Superior 2 Bedroom Apartment: These apartments offer more space than the superior two bedroom apartment and contain two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious lounge area complete with two double sofa beds meaning the apartment can accommodate a maximum of eight guests.

Superior 3 Bedroom Apartment: Suitable for up to ten guests this superior three bedroom apartment features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with two double sofa beds.

Large Superior 3 Bedroom Apartment: Suitable for up to twelve guests this extremely large superior three bedroom apartment features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge area complete with three double sofa beds.

Cots can be provided at an extra cost of GBP 20

Please note that this apartment has a strict no stag/hen and no party policy.

A refundable security deposit of GBP 150 is due to be paid on arrival either in cash or by credit card. This is refunded if there are no damages. For groups of 5 or more people the security deposit is GBP 50 per person.

Special Cancellation Policy:

Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 15 GBP

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge


Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.

Please note:

Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 15 GBP administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival - recalculation of price is not possible. This doesn't apply for reservations for more than 10 days and for 2 or more apartments. In such case, reduction of nights will equal a cancellation of booking.

Especially for shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.

IMPORTANT: For the Olympic games a different cancellation policy is applied for the apartment.
