APARTMENT TYPES:

Double Studio Suite: This studio suite is ideal for one or two people and has a combined bedroom, kitchenette and living area with a double bed.

Twin Studio Suite: This studio suite is ideal for two people sharing and has a combined bedroom, kitchenette and living area with two single beds.

Standard Duplex Studio: This suite offers a spacious living area with a sofa bed. The sleeping area is raised on a duplex level (accessed by a small staircase) with room for a further two more people. This studio is ideal for small families and businessmen. Sleeps up to 3 people

Family Duplex: Apart from studio apartments, this property also offers two types of Family Duplex Suites:
- 1 double sofa bed in the first floor of the studio and 2 double mattresses in the mezzanine
- 1 double sofa bed in the first floor of the studio and a double mattress + a single mattress in the mezzanine

Please note: a mezzanine is a sleeping area with a low ceiling. The bedding in this area is a mattress only, with no base.

Additional facilities include wireless internet available free of charge in all apartments, cleaning with towel and bed linen change (included in all rates), in-suite safety deposit box, plasma TV, DVD player, reception and onsite parking (£20.00 per day).
